Music video analysis – Tame impala Let it happen- ARD416 Media and Techniques

One of the music videos that i’ve decided to analyse is Tame Impala Let it Happen.

This video uses psychedelic like imagery to convey a narrative of an overworked business man who is suffering a heart attack. It shows the dream like state that he is currently in by using imagery like a fish eye lens shots and oversized props. i feel like these were used to show the audience the experience that the man is having.

I want to use these techniques in my music video.
